Bank has always been great I issues no rates easy to get ahold of great customer service
Easy to use without ever going to a branch but if you prefer to , customer service is good in the branch. Banking app is very good and easy to set up/use
Have been with ANZ for over 3 decades. Products and accounts are fine. In recent years, the tellers and staff available at our local branch have declined considerably. On the very few occasions that we have to bank in person, the line and wait time is extremely lengthy, to the point that we would leave if there was another way to get the job done. On the last visit, my husband did suggest swapping to a nearby competitor which currently still seems to have a better serviced branch for in-person transactions and needs.
Easy to set up and open accounts, the staff are very friendly and familiar with processes and very informative, no hidden costs or expenses and ANZ have a variety of accounts to suit your needs
I've been with ANZ for over 20 years and they have always been very easy to deal with. Never had any issues. A couple of years ago I had my wallet stolen and someone used my credit card. Within minutes I received a message from ANZ fraud department and I was able to cancel my cards immediately. After investigation they promptly reimbursed me.
The customer service is great. However there are limited branches where I am locally. I have to drive for some time to get to one .
Really appreciate the quick response in blocking and ordering a new card when I called in to report suspected scam transactions, received my new card with a week and amz credited my account with funds lost
