As an EnergyAustralia customer, I've experienced both positive and negative aspects of their services. The company offers a range of energy plans, including electricity, gas, and NBN services, allowing customers to manage multiple utilities under one account. Their mobile app is user-friendly, enabling easy bill payments and account management. Pros: -User-friendly mobile app for account management. Offers a variety of energy plans, including dual fuel options. -Allows customers to bundle electricity, gas, and NBN services. Cons: -Limited commitment to renewable energy sources. Mixed customer reviews regarding service quality. -Not available in all states, such as Western Australia. In summary, EnergyAustralia provides a comprehensive range of services with a user-friendly app, but their limited focus on renewable energy and mixed customer feedback may be considerations for potential customers.
Cheap interest rate DOES NOT offset the cheap service! BEWARE!! They only “accept” certain payment types eg direct debit, salary credits, “direct entry” or NPP. They do NOT accept payments from savings accounts or from a bank branch assisted payment. Worse, this is buried deep in their T&C’s. So if you come into extra money and want it to sit in your home loan as a redraw amount to save on interest, its a pain in the backside. And Unloan do NOT help nor care either. AND you still need to do your usual payments too! AND surprise, surprise, you can’t actually talk to someone - it’s either online chat or a callback that never happens when you need it. We took our business elsewhere. Would rather pay the extra interest rate and have actual service when needed. Not worth wasting my time trying to make extra payments that they just reject.

If i try and buy something, they respond very quickly and won't let the transancation go through because its a scam. Also just recently i was involved in what i thought was a legitimate business.That turned out after 3 months to be a scam as well.They refunded all my money which i am extremely grateful for.The staff are very friendly and always helpful.The only thing i can say i dislike is when they close the bank for an hour over lunch time.Their have been a couple of occasions when this has happened and i couldn't wait.Overall great bank to work with.

More Commonwealth Bank credit card customer reviewsMy car was stolen and recovered within 24hrs with minor body damage -RAA advised that sharps testing was required and towed it from the police yard -Testing was negative but car returned extensively damaged and plates removed -I reported plates stolen as unrecovered. -My mechanic quoted $4200 to repair brakes and shocks -RAA assessor claims to see $12000 in estimated damage and recommended total loss -My mechanic is adamant that some of the damage "seen" was fabricated. -I requested a review which was rejected with an aggressive response in writing. -They recommended ACFA to lodge a complaint knowing that it is a min 3 month wait. -Total losses appear to be a business for RAA.

I changed to Suncorp when I saw that they setup temporary offices in areas affected by cyclones, floods etc. At the same time, I saw where many claimants of other companies had their claims rejected, which still occurs today. Never have I read or seen disgruntled Suncorp customers. We have house and contents, comprehensive car and third party with Suncorp. We had a claim concerning the car and were amazed at the first-class service we received. It will always be Suncorp for me.

They have always been a great bunch of people to deal with, and have gone out of their way to help me when I've needed assistance. They found, through one of their services, a great car for us to buy, checked it mechanically, and loaned us the money for it at a very competitive rate. We had that car for five years. When I wanted a new car, they once again stepped in, cleared the car before recommending it, and made the loan / purchase process smooth and stress-free.
