Ease of use mainly
I have been a NAB customer for several years now. Always no fees, good customer service. I recommend NAB for general banking services and do recommend NAB to friends especially for the no fees.
Closed local branch . 15 kilometres to closest branch now.
Easy to deal with, friendly staff.
I have had the account for 20 years and have only had to contact them when I've lost my card or I need something, not because they have messed up. Fantastic service and quick and easy transactions.
NAB lis one of Australia’s major banks, offering a variety of financial products and services for personal and business needs. Pros: - Comprehensive Product Range: Offers everything from savings accounts to home loans and business banking solutions. - User-Friendly Online Banking: Easy-to-navigate online platform for managing accounts and making transactions. - Extensive Branch Network: Numerous branches and ATMs across Australia for convenient access. - Good Customer Service: Generally positive feedback regarding support and assistance from staff. Cons: - Fees: Some accounts have monthly fees and other potential charges that can add up. - Interest Rates: While competitive, home loan rates may not always be the lowest in the market. - Mixed Customer Experiences: Some users report issues with loan applications and service inconsistency. - Occasional Tech Glitches: Users have experienced occasional problems with the online banking system. Conclusion: NAB is a solid choice for comprehensive banking needs in Australia, but it’s essential to weigh the pros and cons based on your specific financial requirements. But so far I have been a V happy and satisfied customer
As I live remotely all my banking has to be done online. I dislike that I can't ring an English-speaking REAL person easily. I don't enjoy the chat bot as it never can answer the questions, as it only has standard responses
I have been with Nab over 15 years and it’s been amazing. No account fees and great savings and business accounts
I have been with the National Bank since my sister worked for the bank after having finished 12th grade. I am a single mother of two and up until recently we had a branch in the town where i live. The staff at the bank have always been proficient and very helpful and personable and i have rarely experienced any banking problems. The was a hiccup with an overseas transaction once upon a time and the manager of the bank went above and beyond to sort the problem out.
I like nab because the application on iPhone is user friendly
