i find commonwealth bank to be incredibly reliable. i have no issues with my card and my internet banking , it is easy to use the app online and the costumes service tends to be timely and user friendly. I have had them resolve issues or disputes before easily and found it useful that i could use my card and apple pay when travelling overseas. i would recommend common wealth bank to my friends and family.
Best as the service is remarkable friendly and helpful in all ways u guys have helped me so many times when I needed thank you
I've been with commonwealth for years and have never had any issues.
I have been with the Commonwealth Bank for sometime and have been satisfied with their services up until the last 18 months. Their bank branches are closing locally and the remaining one has limited opening hours which makes it difficult to resolve issues when you work and study full time. They have also removed most of their ATMs locally which puts additional cost pressures if you need to withdraw cash and are charged by non Commonwealth bank organisations.
Reliable and have good values
I like it because it was the first bank I ever went to but no not to sure as prices have gone up the only positive is they still have cash as an option but other than that I wouldn’t trust them they make billions in profit yet people are struggling with cost of living
