Straight forward enough to navigate and they provide suggestions with promotions on many levels for ways to your needs to manage your money..very transparent with details of transactions with notifications for verification to better manage safety and security of account confidently......not happy about the netbanking app and interactions with account from a security and safety of online information and risks of access of hackers to exploit and access.compared to comm bank app.....which I highly recommend..with the AI and human customer service is great.....tx.mars.
Outstanding Service and Reliable Banking I've been with Commonwealth Bank for several years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns. Whether it's their online banking platform or in-branch experience, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Their mobile app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts, transfer funds, and pay bills on the go. I also appreciate their commitment to security, as I always feel confident that my finances are in safe hands. Overall, Commonwealth Bank has consistently provided excellent customer service and a wide range of reliable banking options. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive banking partner!
this account allows me to use as a credit card and also a gateway to all my other accounts
Good bank to begin banking with lots of help to fix errors but has been inconvenient to myself as there is not enough ATM's or ways to transfer money to one and another
The CBA is aggressively fine, and I am lazy, which is why I'm still with them. If you had a Dolomites account when you were a kid and you don't really take a lot of notice of your personal finances, you probably still have a savings account with the CBA.
I've been using the Commonwealth Bank's Smart Access account for a few years now, and overall, it’s solid but with a few downsides. One of the main reasons I stick with them is their app—it's super convenient. As someone who doesn’t like heading into branches, the app lets me do pretty much everything, from transferring money to paying bills, and even pulling out cash without a card using their cardless cash feature. Plus, there are heaps of ATMs around, which is handy when I’m out and about. However, one thing to keep in mind is the fees. If you don’t meet certain criteria, like depositing a certain amount of money each month, there’s a $4 monthly account fee, which can be annoying if you’re a student or someone with irregular income. Also, international transactions can get expensive if you travel or buy things online from overseas. The customer service is decent, but during busy times, like weekends, it can take a while to get help. Still, the staff are usually helpful when I do get through. Overall, it’s a good everyday account if you want reliability and convenience, but be prepared to watch out for some of the fees.
Nothing but good experiences. Always friendly and very helpful staff, nice smiles and very polite. A great service.
I have banked with Commonwealth bank for years and have never had a problem that they couldn't help or deal with in an efficient and polie manner
Commonwealth bank is a excellent bank Pros : cardless cash Easy ATM to find for all your needs like deposit, withdraw, your business needs ect . Cons: none Would recommend anyone
50 year customer. Have never caused a problem. Simply...there reliable, dependable and ever lasting. BUT they need more branches with human staff.
Ive been with Commonwealth bank for over 20 years have had home loan also i was reimbursed half the money i scammed out of three years ago. Always willing to help no matter how big or small my problem
Good and rapid customer service and branches are everywhere
Reliable, trustworthy, the go-to bank for all your financial needs. While I find their Netbank site quite difficult to navigate with all its different pages and functions, the Commbank app is very easy to navigate. My experience with customer service personnel over the phone is also positive, as they are able to help me with disputes or other banking issues efficiently.
I think there should be more support for the disabled and they should trust there clients more when there is scams. I think that they should never force u into loans by giving bad advice and listen more. Ask why someone is asking for something to be refunded.Other wise I have had a good experience with my bank.
