I have always found ING to be a truly friendly and dependable bank. Great service and extremely helpful. AlwY get to speak to a real person . More than happy with this bank
ING savings maximiser is a great account. You get a big bonus interest every month your balance grows. ING is a great bank amd very easy to set up accounts and use day to day
I transferred to ING after reading about it in the barefoot invester book, I literally only read the first couple of chapters but have found this little nugget was awesome. I have it set so that spare change goes into a savings acct. For example if I use my card for $17.65 then $2.35 will go to savings. I think of it like when we used cash and put coin in the money box. If I insert my card I think 3 times in a month I have no atm fees. I have the best interest rate, and it's super easy to transfer money.
I love ING, they have been very easy to deal with since o started quite a few years ago Anytime I have needed to call the help has been great, A bit of a longer wait last time. I find the app really user friendly and easy to navigate
I've been with ING for a while now, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. What really stands out is their no-fee banking. As long as I meet the monthly conditions, I don’t have to worry about random charges eating into my money, which is a huge relief. The interest rates on their savings accounts are also pretty solid, especially when I manage to hit those monthly targets. It's definitely helped me grow my savings faster. One of the things I love most is their mobile app. It’s incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts and move money around whenever I need to. Plus, transfers and payments are super quick—I’ve never had to wait long for things to go through. And whenever I’ve needed help, their customer service has been on point. They’re responsive and seem to know their stuff, which has made any issues easy to resolve. On the flip side, those monthly conditions can be a bit of a pain. If my spending or income isn’t consistent, it’s something I have to be really mindful of to make sure I’m not missing out on the benefits. And since ING is an online-only bank, there are no branches to visit if I ever need in-person support, which could be a downside for some people. But overall, I’m pretty happy with ING and would recommend it to anyone who prefers online banking and doesn’t mind managing a few conditions to get the most out of it.
Easy to use, rate rates and no hassles!
All aspects of ING are excellent, except for the fact that there are no actual banks to visit. However the fact that I can use my card at any ATM anywhere without charges is very convenient .
ING provides high interest rates and allows you to create multiple savings accounts to help track goals. Their fees and policies regarding card use when overseas is fantastic. They unfortunately don’t have a physical branch for those who prefer visiting in person but I’ve never felt the need.
I have been with ING for over 25 years and I have never had any problems with them. The customer service is fantastic, they update me with any changes that are happening and always keep me informed. I love that fact I can use any atm with no charges ever. Easy to open an account online. Very easy and straight forward online banking. I have recommended this bank to my family member and 2 of them have also joined. I give ING 5 stars.
Love ING bank. If you have a enquiry about your account they assist you straight away. Best interest back into your account monthly.
Excellent interest rate on savings account; both the maximiser and accelerator account. Easy to follow rules for the bonus rates. No fees on the everyday account. I trust this bank the most and have banked with many of the other major banks who truly fell short in one way or another. Just wish they had a branch for withdrawal of large sums of money.
Brilliant customer service but is suffering in the call centre due to staff shortages. When I first started call centre was brilliant
ING Savings Maximiser is a great option if you have savings that you are hoping to grow. Interest rate is very competitive and it is very simple to be eligible for bonus interest. A feature that they lack is the option of separating money into sub accounts for particular savings goals as I'm aware some other banks do. However overall is a great account.
Bonus variable rate is available for the first 4 months.
Increase balance by $200 by the end of each month
