Nab are the best bank I have been with. They are efficient and low fee. Anything paid by the commonwealth government goes into the account amost instantly too. Before any other institutionany way.

Nab bank has easy online app which navigation is easy and alomoat enjoyable. Being just occacation customer service wasa dull experience. Transferring made easy on the go, SMS notification ate promt. Nab is overall a.well up there bank in today's rushed social life
I've had no negative interactions with NAB at all. When a scammer was on the phone a representative from the fraud department rang through just in time before they cleared my account. How fantastic is that?

The in person experience is second to none. They are always friendly and helpful. I have had a few issues with my card, getting issued in the wrong sir name, however when I went in person they were very fast easy to respond and resolve the issue. I requested a refund for a wrong transaction, however the company that did it fixed it within 24 hours. The bank however sent me a email 6 months later applogies for the delays and saying is it fixed now. Was very poor service, and even though I had resolved the issue myself, I would of expected a faster response time.

I do the majority of my bills online, however when raiding a few money boxes around the home I took a big bag of various coins into the NAB. Waiting time was nil and the help I got to master the coin machine was second to none. I left extremely happy. When I have rung the NAB due to a misplaced card in recent years, they explained the process in words that made sense and within a week I had a brand new card. Why on earth would I leave such a fabulous Bank with great personal?

I’ve been with nab for many years. A couple of times I fell victim to scammers and got money stallen or I paid for something online that was a scam. Nab always returned my money and were very nice about it. The online banking is easy to use. Interest rate on the saving accounts is ok. Nothing to complain about.
