Great savings rates, love the app and how many ATMs and branches I can find wherever I go. Online banking is also very easy and accessible, which I do appreciate. I do like the new Goodies available, however I do wish that they had less niche stores offered. Perhaps lower cashback but at the bigger stores e.g. Woolies, Coles?
I went to the nab today to deposit 2 cheques and o e of your lovely staff members showed me how to deposit the cheques using the ATM It was so quick and easy
Overall, we’ve been happy with NAB’s Isaver account. It’s no-frills but also has no fees or hidden costs and the app is very user friendly and customisable. It’s a great option for a simple, free and easy to use savings account.
No longer the good interest rate ISaver used to be, when interest earned was a little less than mortgage rates at the time. ISaver interest is negligible these days (2%) so no longer worth the effort
The nan bank app I found easy and completeing transaction is pretty much a piece of cake. The physical bank s customer service was excellent the in door decoration was very muchul to my liking with air conditioning motioning and shiny windows.

Only thing I've ever had problem with is blocking my card when I'm shopping without bank asking me first inconvenient having to ring bank mid shop to unblock card other than that in over 5 yrs banking with nab I have had no problems
