I am impressed with the fraud/security that Westpac have over their customers. I am just a simple bank account customer yet when I was robbed on a visit to the city roughly 2yrs ago the offenders used my debit cards making tap and go purchases and after speaking to one of the customer support team members who put me thru to a "Fraud Team Member" all the necessary steps were put in place to prevent anymore unauthorised purchases being made and also a refund for those fraudulent transactions was deposited back into my account within 7-10days making this all less stressful and turned my scary story of being robbed whilst in the city to a tale of survival and courage with the support of a big bank !! So thankyou Westpac.
They have seemed to be helpful in the past when I have contacted by phone and dealt with my issues in a timely manner. The online banking is easy to navigate and self explanatory. Customer service has been very good when entering the bank in person. Staff are pleasant and courteous.

I do like the ability of the choice account to be split into different sections so I can save for different things. I also purchased an item online that turned out to be a scam and westpac investigated it and I successfully had money returned. Westpac digital credit card is very convenient.
I find the bank provides easy access to all venues and customer service is always very good. It suits my needs as a person who needs multiple accounts for things like rent, bills, savings etc. I enjoy the interest that I gain in my accounts. I find the online platform easy to navigate.

westpac is connected with statebank so i can use both and nearly all keycard machines with out any fees
I have banked with Westpac for more than ten years. The westpac financial adviser helped me make some smart choices when I wanted to invest. The service is friendly, efficient, thoughtful and professional. If I ever have concerns I call westpac and the online team have always been helpful. They take all concerns, questions and queries seriously. Honestly I really haven’t had any negative experiences with the bank. I always feel they protect my interests and so far my savings have been well cared for. I would recommend westpac.
We found the bank are hurting the public. You walk into a bank in wa they might have two tellers open. An a long queue there is no and I mean No customer serve . They want you to do all the banking online or thru a atm
The back accounts have low and no fee options which is great, but there are very few branches or ATMs around so if you need cash, you are paying the ATM fees.
Westpac is probably the best out of the Big4. They are customer focussed, have good rates based on the current economic climate.
Easy to do everything online, flexible with a lot of options. Staff at the branch are helpful and friendly. The smart atms are great.
