ANZ is great no fuss bank
ANZ is a well-established bank with a strong reputation and a range of financial products to suit various needs. Their online platform and mobile app are reliable, and their international presence is beneficial for those dealing with overseas transactions. For customers seeking stability and a wide network, ANZ has its merits. However, the bank’s high fees and rigid policies can be frustrating. Overdrafts, for instance, come with limited flexibility, and account maintenance costs can quickly add up compared to other banks. While ANZ delivers reliable services, its lack of modern, customer-centric features like fee-free overdrafts or budgeting tools may leave some customers wanting more. If you value flexibility and lower fees, it’s worth exploring alternative banks that align better with your needs
Great incentives on savings accounts, many facilities near by and members are always helpful. A trustworthy brand that provides the basic necessities.
ANZ, i have found is very easy to navigate through both online via app, online banking but also in person. The banking services provided are well explained and directed to help you. I would say that any contact via phone is severely lacking and most of the time those that answer are not of friendly approach.
Excellent and convenient
ANZ helped us to work out a budget to assist with the best course of action to save as much money as possible. They helped do up an expense report and projections for a 12 month period. Seeing the income, money spent and money saved was a massive motivator for us to keep working hard at following the budget. Through their assistance we have saved enough money to do IVF 3 times with money left over incase of emergency and extra cash for Christmas as or fixed account accrued interest. They really do want to help you live the best life will being rational about expenses. Your dream is also theirs.
