In comparison to credit cards from other banks NAB seems reliable and trustworthy. My main complaint is that I am a retired person who has been with NAB for many years and been totally reliable and have a top credit rating. However despite that loyalty and reputation NAB would not allow me to change credit cards and seem to completely ignore my financial reliability when it comes to loans once retired

I do like the new Goodies available, however I do wish that they had less niche stores offered. Perhaps lower cashback but at the bigger stores e.g. Woolies, Coles?
